Nick leads Mackwell Health’s vision, strategic direction and investment priorities, supporting the company’s long-term development in the UK and internationally. He works with the leadership team to identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships and provide the resources needed to bring new technologies into healthcare.

Drawing on more than three decades of experience in technology, engineering and manufacturing, Nick brings a practical understanding of developing products and businesses. His focus is on building a company that combines commercial strength with a clear purpose: supporting safer care, more sustainable clinical practice and better use of healthcare resources.

Nathan leads Mackwell Health’s business performance and commercial development, translating the company’s strategic ambitions into clear priorities and delivery. Working across the leadership team, he brings together the people, partnerships and resources needed to support growth and meet customer needs.

His remit includes developing UK and international markets, building commercial relationships and strengthening the business as it scales. Nathan works closely with the operational, technical and clinical teams to connect product innovation with market needs, supporting the adoption of Mackwell Health’s technologies and the company’s continued development.

As General Manager of Mackwell Health, Andy oversees global operations, ensuring all areas of the business work together effectively to deliver strategic objectives and support continued international growth.

Alongside his leadership responsibilities, Andy brings specialist expertise in UV-C technology and its applications in health and infection control. He is passionate about advancing understanding of UV-C and its potential to create safer, healthier environments.

Andy also represents Mackwell Health externally, contributing to industry discussions through organisations including the IUVA, his role as a Fellow of the NIA, and attending exhibitions and conferences. His combination of business leadership and technical expertise helps connect operational strategy with industry developments, innovation and customer needs.

With 30 years’ experience in NHS infection prevention, Dan leads the clinical adoption of Mackwell Health’s innovative UV-C platforms across NHS and private healthcare. He builds strong partnerships with clinicians, infection prevention and control (IPC) teams, procurement specialists and MedTech partners to support the effective integration of UV-C technology into clinical practice.

Having worked with UV-C since its early introduction to UK healthcare, Dan brings extensive clinical and commercial experience, including building high-performing sales teams and growing businesses into market leaders. His approach is evidence-led, ensuring solutions meet clinical requirements, integrate seamlessly into workflows and deliver clear value to healthcare organisations.

Richard brings deep technical expertise in electronic engineering, safety-critical systems and product design to Mackwell Health. As Chief Technology Officer, he provides specialist engineering insight into the technologies behind the company’s products, with a particular focus on safety, performance and reliability.

Richard also sits on industry committees, helping shape technical standards and steer their development. This involvement brings a valuable perspective on engineering best practice and evolving technical requirements. Working closely with Andy and the wider team, he applies that knowledge to complex design challenges, technical evaluation and the development of robust, dependable products.

Kareem leads Mackwell Health’s commercial and operational activity across the Middle East, Turkey and Africa (META), developing healthcare relationships, regional distribution partnerships and market entry strategy.

Working closely with the wider leadership team, he connects regional opportunities with the company’s technical and clinical capabilities. His focus is on understanding local healthcare needs, building strong partner relationships and establishing the commercial and operational foundations needed to support customers and grow Mackwell Health’s presence across the region.
